The North End Men's City Grey Three-Layer City Textured Soft Shell Jacket Jacket comes with a zip off hood that you remove and store in one of the polyester fleece lined pockets. Built with a rigid peak, the hood does an outstanding job of moving water to the sides of you head, instead of straight down your face. Lowered concealed zipper pockets offer secure places to store your valuables, such as car keys and electronic devices. Shipping & Delivery
- Most embroidered & screen-printed orders of new logos ship within 10-12 business days (plus transit time to your location). The following is what takes place during that time frame:
- 1 day for logo digitizing (converting the logo)
- 1-2 days for logo stitch-out / print (onto a piece of fabric)
- We then need your approval on the logo sample before we begin decoration (via email confirmation)
- 7-9 days to embroider or print the purchased apparel/accessories
- If you need your order sooner than the standard lead time, Rush Processing is always available on embroidered orders (and may be available with other types of decoration, as well)--please contact us for further information.
- Blank sample orders ship between 1-5 business days (plus transit time to your location), as we warehouse product across the country.
